What is a Club Committee?

Being on a committee of a club is like a smaller version of being a government minister, director of a big company, or on the committee of any community organisation - the skills needed are basically the same and are sometimes called employability skills. They include; communication, thinking, planning, decision making, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, budgeting, evaluation and inclusion of others

A Good Club Meeting

A good club meeting is key to a good active club in which the members have an equal say with the leaders in all aspects of the club's life.  It takes work, but is a great way to ensure all the members have a say in the running of the club.
