Foróige’s specialised projects support young people with specific challenges, providing tailored services that help them build resilience, skills, and opportunities for the future. These projects address diverse needs, ensuring that every young person has access to the right support at the right time.
Our specialised projects include:
- Drug and alcohol support – Enabling young people to make informed choices and build resilience.
- Potential early school leaving – Supporting young people to stay engaged in education or explore alternative learning pathways.
- Young parents – Providing guidance, peer support, and skills for young people balancing parenthood and their future.
- Peace projects – PEACEPLUS is a cross border funding programme designed to support peace and prosperity across the Border counties and Northern Ireland. They aim to foster employability, road safety awareness, and community integration.
- Diversity and integration – Creating inclusive spaces where all young people can feel valued and connected.
