Foróige’s Relationships and Sexuality Programme

The programme covers essential areas such as:

- Reproduction
- Contraception and protection
- STIs and HIV
- Mental health and stress management
Designed to be non-formal and discussion-based, REAL U allows young people to ask questions, gain accurate information, and develop the skills to make informed choices about their relationships and personal well-being.
The REAL U Programme is being used in a wide range of practices nationwide including: youth work setting, school completion programme, residential care, alternative education centres, post-primary schools and within the adult intellectual disability sector too.
