Regional Citizenship Showcases

We believe young people’s contributions to their communities should be recognised and celebrated. Young people’s contributions deserve to be seen and celebrated. Every year, Regional Citizenship Showcases take place across the country, giving young people the chance to present their projects, share what they’ve learned, and be recognised by their peers, communities and supporters.

These vibrant local events bring together clubs, projects, mentors, funders and families to acknowledge the creativity, commitment and leadership of young people making a difference.

Every group had a story worth telling – it was a powerful reminder of the impact youth citizenship has, both locally and nationally.

Some events also include special awards to highlight standout projects, displays or acts of community spirit – whether that’s flower boxes for older neighbours, sports kits for refugee centres, or campaigns to support inclusion.
