The programme explores four core areas of wellbeing:
- Physical health – building healthy habits through nutrition, movement and self-care
- Social health – developing strong friendships and positive support networks
- Mental health – managing stress, emotions, and developing healthy coping strategies
- Spiritual health – reflecting on values like kindness, fairness and gratitude
Young people learn how to recognise challenges – whether it’s stress, bullying, substance use or low mood – and how to respond with tools that strengthen their wellbeing and sense of control. It’s interactive, practical, and grounded in real life.
Be Healthy, Be Happy gives young people a space to reflect, connect, and grow – laying the foundations for a healthier, happier future.
