The Mayor of Drogheda, Cllr Paul Bell, has said a new peer education booklet, dealing with alcohol and drugs issues among teens, will have an impact because 'peers listen to peers'.

He was speaking at the launch of 'Make the Right Choice - Keep it Real', an education booklet which has been put together by teenagers at the Foróige CABLE Project based in Moneymore, Drogheda.
