Foróige published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2024 today, highlighting the impact of our work with over 52,000 young people and the commitment of more than 5,600 volunteers across the country. The report offers a snapshot of the year’s achievements and shares the voices of young people, volunteers and staff who are shaping their communities every day.

2024 was a year of momentum and change. We expanded key programmes, deepened our presence in communities, and continued to advocate for a future where every young person can access the support they need. The report captures both the scale of our work and the principles that drive it.

It also brings forward the voices behind the numbers – a young person navigating new beginnings with the steady support of a mentor, a group of teenagers who found stillness and self-belief on a sailing trip along the coast, and volunteers who quietly transform communities by showing up, week after week. These stories remind us what youth work really looks like.
