The Covid-19 pandemic is adversely affecting the youth population of Ireland. Foróige asked young people how the isolation measures are impacting on them and how they are coping. The organisation hosted a digital focus group with young people from all over the country which was chaired by two young people who are members of Foróige’s Board.
Feed Your Soul - Love Your Life is the first of a three part campaign to support young people through the difficult time we find ourselves in . It focuses on mind, body and soul addressing empathy and self care through music, art,craft & design and food.
What does music mean to us? Music is a means of communication like no other. We listen because it speaks to us, sometimes without using words.

The Foróíge NFTE - Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship Regional heats kicked off this month, with so many innovative and resourceful business ideas it was a difficult job for the judges.


Foróige are delighted to announce ‘Wild Youth’ will take to the stage at this year’s Hype Festival on Saturday 16th May

Hype Youth Festival is a Foróige event which started in 2012 and supports the day today running of the Foróige Attic House teen project in Longford town. All proceeds from the event go to running programmes and activities for young people at the Foróige Attic House Teen Project. This year is the 9th year of the Festival and it promises to be the biggest and loudest one yet!
This year Foróige’s Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) will bring two young entrepreneurs, Dylan Moloney & Thomas Curtin to the U.S to compete in the 2020 NFTE Alumni Entrepreneur Investor Forum which is being held at Pay Pal Headquarters in New York City at the end of March.
