The United States Embassy is recruiting applicants across Ireland for the 2019 Young Leaders Council. The Young Leaders Council is a select group of men and women aged 18-26 the Embassy has identified as leaders within their respective fields. The council provides members with invaluable networking and professional development opportunities, including engagement with senior U.S. political, business, and cultural leaders. It also provides members a unique opportunity to inform U.S. policy in the areas most important to Ireland.
The Embassy selects members of the Young Leaders Council through a competitive application process. Council events take place regularly throughout the year; community engagement and commitment are key components of service on the council.
- All applicants must be aged 18-26 years old and be resident in Ireland.
- Application forms, resumes, and references are due in Word format by 12pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
