Two teenagers who are involved in Foróige featured on RTÉ on Friday 19th April! First up was Niall Foody from Donegal, the winner of the Foróige NFTE International Business Plan Competition. Niall was featured on the RTÉ ‘Nationwide’ programme in an episode which focused on young entrepreneurs throughout the country.
Niall’s product is called “Key You In” and provides safety illuminators for door locks which allow easy access into the home when it’s dark. Niall participates in Foróige’s NFTE programme in his school Errigal College in Letterkenny where the programme is facilitated by John Muldowney. Grace Kelly from Rosemount Foróige Club, Co.Westmeath was featured on an all teen panel on the Late Late Show. Grace is a member of the group which won Ireland's Top Teens for putting together the “Farmóige” project, a safety awareness project based on farm safety for children.
