The health and well-being programme assist young people aged 12-18 in developing an awareness of their unique qualities and potential. The programme covers topics like nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, social skills, friendships, bullying, personality types, social identity, personal strengths and talents, positive and negative self talk, thoughts and feelings, spiritual qualities like kindness, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, fairness, love and peace as well as relaxation techniques.
