Foróige is on the lookout for an inspirational leader to take the helm as our next Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of youth work in Ireland, ensuring that young people continue to thrive through high-quality services, advocacy, and innovation.
With over 600 staff, thousands of volunteers, and a presence in communities nationwide, Foróige enables young people to involve themselves consciously and actively in their own development and the development of society. The CEO will lead the organisation, working closely with the Board, staff, and stakeholders to drive strategic priorities, secure resources, and champion the needs of young people at a national level.
We’re looking for a leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale organisations, strong strategic vision, and the ability to advocate for youth development. Experience in the non-profit, voluntary, or public sector is an advantage.
