On 24th October, Foróige Coastal North Dublin Youth Service was officially launched in Rush Multipurpose Youth Facility. Foróige Coastal North Dublin Revised Youth Funding Scheme is a dedicated targeted youth service and is funded by the DDLETB and the DCYA.
The service provides high quality youth work provision for the North Dublin communities of Skerries, Rush and Lusk. Launching the event on behalf of the DCYA was Senator James Reilly. The event was youth directed and hosted and featured wonderful and inspiring poetry, video and singing performances by participants. Speakers included Foróige CEO Sean Campbell, DDLETB CEO Paddy Lavelle, Senator James Reilly and Senior Youth Officer J FitzGerald.
