The Health Programme

This programme helps young people to develop the positive attitudes and practices that lead to good mental and physical health.

ACTIVITY EXAMPLES

Organise activities to improve members’ physical fitness, eg. sports, outdoor activities

Follow good health practices with regard to diet / hygiene / exercise and relaxation

Organise a First Aid course in the club and / or the community Investigate and publish the ill-effects of smoking, alcohol and drug abuse

Learn fire safety procedures and examine the club meeting place for fire hazards.
