Foróige is about empowering young people for life.

Every year more than 53,000 young people across Ireland are supported by Foróige to develop their abilities and attributes, think for themselves, make things happen and to contribute to their community and society. They do this by being involved in a Club, Project or Programme – which ever best meets their needs. As a result of their involvement young people develop increased self confidence, resilience and a greater capacity to take charge of their own lives. Research and our experience shows this type of involvement and support is crucial to a young person’s development, confidence and sense of belonging.
